A tenant enters the amount and M-Pesa code in Dami. You confirm it, and the month shows as paid or part paid. Part payments add up.
Paste your M-Pesa messages to match
Copy the M-Pesa messages you received, or rows from your M-Pesa statement, and paste them in. Claims with the same code and amount are confirmed in one go.
Receipts with a check code
Every confirmed payment gets a receipt. Anyone can check a receipt code on Dami, so a tenant can prove they paid.
Reminders from your own WhatsApp
One tap writes a polite reminder with the amount and the month. Cash you collected takes two taps to record.
Water billing
Set a price per unit, enter meter readings, and Dami works out each tenant’s water bill.

What it costs, plainly

Rent management tools in Kenya charge in three ways: a flat monthly fee, a fee per unit, or a percentage of the rent you collect. A percentage grows every time your rent does.

Automatic Paybill matching through Safaricom is built but not switched on. Today you paste your M-Pesa messages.
KRA eTIMS invoices are not supported. The tax sheet helps you file Monthly Rental Income tax on iTax yourself.
